We first met Lynn The Lake Lady in 2016 when we were searching for. Second home at Lake Tillery. She showed many properties on both sides of the lake, and purchase our home with her help in the Fairway Shores lakefront community. We stayed in contact with Lynn who we always found to be interested in our needs, even after the sale.

My agent was Robin Bennett.  I have dealt with a few agents in my time and had a very low opinion of their skills. Robin blew them out of the water. She was very good at reading me and what I needed. Communicated very well (detailed and clear). Stood up for me with the seller. Didn't sugar coat things but know when to keep calm or send out the alarms. Lynn was great for 3 specific reasons.
1.) I was a first time home buyer and she did a fantastic job of making me feel like she cared not just landing a sale, but of educating me and making sure I was comfortable in every step of the process. When I had questions she gave detailed and sincere answers and it never felt rushed or judgement.
2.) she was quick to action. Any time I had a request or wanted to see something she never gave excuses, never made me feel like I was being a pain, she was fast to respond and fast to accommodate in such a caring way, especially for someone like myself that isn’t super confrontational it was a blessing.
3.) not only is Lynn great but equally important is she has great staff. I didn’t feel like “if I don’t get direct hold of Lynn this is going to be bad” she seems to have instilled in her staff the same qualities and principles that make herself such a great realtor to work with.

Buying a home is always stressful it seems but Lynn helped mitigate so much of the stress I’ll always be grateful and I don’t see myself turning to any other realtors if I can avoid it.
